One idea, reviewed for three audiences
An English planning template for manually adapting a pottery process post across platforms and languages.
What you will prepare
- Source facts approved
- A reviewer for each target language
- Owned process footage
- No unverified local offers or dates
| Day | Post | Platform / status | Prepare by | Draft |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Day 1 | Approve the source story | Instagram Idea | Day 1 | Source idea: attaching a mug handle. Record materials and steps you know. Choose the single detail each adaptation should preserve. |
| Day 3 | English photo caption review | Instagram Idea | Day 2 | Describe the attached handle in one photo caption. Check the wording against the source facts and leave the reader one relevant question. |
| Day 5 | Portuguese video adaptation review | TikTok Idea | Day 4 | A fluent reviewer writes the Portuguese version from approved facts. Check local vocabulary, units and CTA. This template does not automatically translate. |
| Day 7 | French title adaptation review | YouTube Idea | Day 6 | A fluent reviewer adapts the title for the actual clip. Check subject meaning and title length. Keep the source and approved wording side by side. |
| Day 8 | Check the versions together | Instagram Idea | Day 7 | Compare every claim with the source; remove implied discounts, dates or outcomes that were never supplied. Export only approved drafts. |
