A simple week for a pottery creator
Three varied posts with room to prepare. A manageable example rather than a universal posting rule.
What you will prepare
- Photos of a finished cup
- One short process clip
- A real question about shapes
| Day | Post | Platform / status | Prepare by | Draft |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Day 2 | Show the finished cup | Instagram Idea | Day 1 | Photograph one cup in daylight. Caption draft: A new shape from this week at the wheel. Describe the glaze only if known. Ask which detail the viewer notices. |
| Day 4 | A handle from two angles | TikTok Idea | Day 3 | Film attaching a handle from the side and above. Outline: show the join, explain one step, show the finished attachment. |
| Day 6 | Let viewers choose the next shape | Instagram Idea | Day 5 | Show two sketches you can actually make. Ask which shape to explore next; do not imply a binding order or deadline. |
What the fields mean
Day is the planned posting date relative to your chosen start. Post names the entry. Platform / status identifies its destination and progress. Prepare by reserves time to make the assets. Draft contains your wording. Replace every illustrative detail with facts from your own project.
Make this plan fit your week
- Replace the pottery examples with your own materials.
- Keep at least a day for preparation where possible.
- Add a reflection after the week: what was realistic to make?
